Mamewah - upgrade software

So i don't make the same mistake twice....what the easiest way to upgrade my Mamewah without losing any of my programming and tweaking??  What files should I save on a disk, and then re-load after the install??

From which version to which version?

Usually backing up your \ini files is a good idea...
