Revolution X problem, anyone else have this problem?

I start revolution x, windows does the rom check, it loads up. It goes to the press ok screen, i do it, then the screen kind of flashes and it starts doing the "Cmos" rom check on the screen, where you see what looks like the pcb and the different roms light up green, then the last one it checks it goes red and it wont let me play the game? Whats going on? Does anyone else have this problem, i really want to play the game.
