Follow the directions on the 8-liner's site http://www.genao.com/datatech/monitor.html

if the chassis is beyond repair this is a great way to get it running again.
its better to not post and be thought a fool, then to whip out your keyboard and remove all doubt...

Thanks for the link  :D

I have been in contact with a company Cosmico that sell chassis but they think that my reading for the tube is wrong.

The tube is a Toshiba 510UEB22 (Y)

The Vertical is 51.3 ohms (this is too high, they think) ??

The Horisontal is 2.2 ohms

I've got a kortek with similar yolk readings, and I tried an 8liners I had lying around on it.

It DOES NOT work.

Better off just finding someone you can send the chassis to for a repair.

Later,

Mexa:

You'd want to order the 10 pin, high impedance chassis for that 20" picture tube from the Sanwa chassis at Genao/8liners.

Ok, so there is nothing wrong with my readings then  :)

I have been too the 8liners webpage but there chassis costs around 20$ more than cosmicos. Okey thats not much but it all adds up with shipping too europe, where i live.
