« on: January 07, 2005, 01:17:31 am »
hey guys,

im using mame32, whenever i play a game it doesnt save the high score for the next time i play.
Specifically Puzzle Bobble!

How do i fix this?

Ensure you have the hiscore.dat file in the root folder of your mame installation.  No further configuration should be required.  Although not sure as I only use Windows command line version of mame - get it here:

http://www.mameworld.net/highscore/

I think certain games still don't support high scores, but more and more are implemented through the Hiscore project

It will work just fine with mame32.
