Nice beginning.  The main thing I noticed is the two exhaust fans on the back of the cabinet both appear to be facing outward (or maybe that's inward, can't remember what direction fans blow -toward or away from label side).  I would recommend having the bottom fan be the intake fan and the upper fan the exhaust (exit) fan.  This way the air will actually flow in and back out.

Also, it wouldn't hurt to perhaps add another fan or two with the same air flow properties.  The cooler the computer/monitor the longer they last!

Ugghhhh hideous.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder! I think it looks pretty good for the 1st try. Hell, looks like he even has it in the kitchen!!! Now that he's got buy in from (what I think is the significan other), he's on the way to making new and improved MAME cabinet. Great job vicman. Nice wiring...

I wouild probably design a marquee into the next cab... They add a certain "je ne sais pas"...
Vids:  Home built MAME machine, Crystal Castles. Arkanoid
Pins:   Williams Aztec (working). Stern Nugent (not working...yet), Williams Phoenix (major not working, missing parts.... )

Always on the lookout for buying 90's game with Ramps that need work...

Actually I like the marquee-free look, it's different.  Heck, I just might do something similar on my lowboy.  Good job and Kudos for originality!

Here is a picture of the first cab I made. At the time I must say...I was quite proud. Now....not so much. It was a good experience.  :)

Quarterback made a funny!  I love this place.

Nice job on the cab.  You can tell you put a lot into it.  Game on!

Thats my g/f. I now will commence the ritualistic "beating of the quarterback".
