I got a free 19" monitor not so long ago.

If the neckboard didn't crack then you can safely bend the picture tube pins back to position. Just do it slowly and gently (and with the power off!).

Just be gentle and bend the pins slowly so they don't break off.  :o

As long as the monitor power is disconnected you will be perfectly fine.
