As of late I've had a hard time recalling names like names of certain actors or something... it's crazy. I think its cuz I read the internet too much, it's like my harddrive's full in my head.. or maybe a lack of sleep

anyone else experience this? Any ways to improve memory?

danny, were you adopted or something?  It's like if I'm reading a post, I think of my answer, and you go and spit it out!

When I was in grade school, we got newspapers for free, and we would "race", boys against the girls, to finish the daily crossword puzzle correctly!  Now that I don't have the help of my mates (<-- mates, just for you!) it's a bit more of a challenge, but it helped us memorize stuff WAY better...everyone who used to participate - same story!  Drives my wife nuts, but she's senile, so she'll forget why she's angry at me soon enough  ;)

It was how I learned my favorite phrase -inanely bovinious-, and word - milksop.....ahhh memories!

*sneaks out from under a rock*

Wait a second!  So we can blame CROSSWORD PUZZLES for the way you turned out Drew?

Alright, new PTA initiative to ban crosswords (and cross words while we're at it!) from our schools.

heh heh heh a good start for 2005!  ;D

*looks around for the thread locking gnome and runs back under another BETTER rock*

Ya know, if I wrap the rest of the paper around my crossword puzzle, I can try to give you a little knowledge via osmosis.....hard, and several cracks at a time  ;)

Hey, that "better" rock.....I heard our newest banned member had been using that for shelter....are you sure he didn't just step out for a bit? ;D

p.s. you've showed us pictures of your "rock"....I'd like a rock like that with a walk-out basement

On a more serious note, I noticed more sleep <more than 6.5hours/night> and a better diet did help my memory a fair bit...But I still have a problem remembering names   :P

I think there was a bit more to it than "that".

At the time there were a couple of other threads going all at once with lots of crazy stuff being said. (The others are now living in post hell.)

Hmm, but if opinionated fellows are getting banned *moves a few feet from Drew* then I might just *shuffles a few MORE feet from Drew* be on my way for the evening... ;D

Drew who?  ???

I like hearing your stories, and your wife prolly tells you to shut up so often, you just can't help yourself when someone asks you to tell 'em some more  ;)

HEY, WATCH IT!  I meant I enjoy your stories, that's all that's aboot.

*lashes Zakk's ankle and waist to his*

I noticed you were starting to slip away a little...that ought to help....now.....

GO AHEAD, LET'S SEE YA DO IT NOW!
