Arcade FAQ or tutorial site?

Does anyone know of a site out there that explains how all of the components of a standard arcade cab hooks together? Like the PCB, and the power supply etc. Im wanting to try my hand at restoration, but I want to read up on it, and know what each part does, and how they hook to each other etc.
Ive read some of the articles on therealbobroberts, but thats all ive been able to find.
