XBOX GAME FORMAT

Can someone tell me how to unzip a group of files named as follows? Thanks

It would be easier to rip your ORIGINAL Star Wars Battlefront disk right to your hard drive.  You won't have to mess with WinRAR at all that way.

not sure how much you know about xbox backups but you can't just directly copy xbox games with a pc Pointdablame...   You need to FTP to your modded Xbox and rip the files directly from the disk in the xbox.  It's not exactly a newbie friendly thing to do.

As for exctracting the files, yea winrar.  And I hope you own that game!

not sure how much you know about xbox backups but you can't just directly copy xbox games with a pc Pointdablame...   You need to FTP to your modded Xbox and rip the files directly from the disk in the xbox.  It's not exactly a newbie friendly thing to do.

It is not hard at all.   If you have passing PC knowledge you can set up FlashFXP or any other FTP program.   It takes all of 10 seconds to set up an IP on your PC, and once you are connected it is all drag and drop.

I never understand that statement: "I have the real game, but I just can't back it up myself"  No... you don't have the game, so you're downloading it

I've backed up all of my xbox games, and it is very very simple.  You can read tutorials all over the web, and if you used something like Slayer's installer, your xbox IP can be set up for you automatically.

I'm not saying it can't be difficult for a newb... but all it takes is a few minutes of reading and playing with your settings.

dskillz has been posting how he got a modded xbox, so he more than likely has dvd2xbox up and running as well as other normal apps a modded system would have.... its simple to do

with xecuter X3 modchip with X3 Bios installed and crossover network cable it is easy to rip files from xbox disk to PC. give the pc and xbox ip address on the same subnet. use "rip files" feature of craxtion program.

How so?  Craxtion has an XBE patcher and I have never had any problems with it.

Its Christmas Eve guys lets stop the ruckus....
I simply did not know that winrar opened up files with a .001 extension as I always used it with .rar extensions.  I am fully aware of how to copy games and burn them and transfer them.  Happy Holidays guys!
