Is this a fixable monitor problem?
« on: December 20, 2004, 10:16:04 pm »
I got one of those 21" OEM computer monitors that was for sale in the BST for like $100.  It was working fine for a while but now has these lines on the screen...

They go from about an inch down from the top left corner to the top right corner.  They are more visable depending on what color background they're on... What else, uh they bug the crap out of me!

I couldn't get a great shot of them but the two attached ones should work well enough that you can figure out what I'm talking about.

P.S. the background in the picture isn't one that I'd normally use but the lines showed up better on it than any of the other standard XP ones so that's why I used it.  :P
If there's bees in the trap I'm catching em
By the thorax and abdomen
And sanding the stingers down to a rough quill
Then I dip em in ink, and I scribble a bit
But if it they wriggle then I tickle em until they hold still
Lemme say it again
In my land of pretend
I use bees as a mf'n pen
