Okay, I've tried everything 'old skool' on that strange leaflet I can think of (and hey I used to play all of the text adventures!!!) Can someone give me the new password, I give up (and and it's not xyzzy any longer).

thought i would bump the thread, was getting kinda low on the board =p

just hit level 14 today, and thanks to mysticality day i think im only another 5-6 points from level 15, woot!

in other news ive been making millions using my massive cash to buy / sell and make profit. snagged a bargain on a crimbo hat/pants for 70 mill together. selling the pants for 14 mill +2 Mr As, so thats like 42 mill if i sold them. and i got the other piece to sell too =)

*nods* and it's very hard for me to make anything (even wih my shoppe) since I usually dump all of my crap in there and eat all of my good stuff that I could get real money with (hell ramen, etc)

the best way to make money as a low level, is get a leprechaun familiar and always use him. The areas i hunt in i can get like 500-800 meat per battle easily with my Cheshire Bat familiar (gives +meat/+stats per battle). leprechaun just gives +meat but works just as well

Great game. This game is very addictive. I can see how it is like Dungeons and Dragons and can almost hear an 8-sided the dice role...cool.

I am JabbaDHutt and am currently on level two. I've already ate some goofballs and smashed my Hippie Stone. Does that make me an agressive fellow?

It was crazy, it was like to longest drum roll i have heard on the show. I knew i was right, and i was sure i wasn't going to be the 15th person with the correct answer, but than i thought i might be, then i thought i couldn't possibly be the 15th, and then they announced my name.

I missed out on Amp's "big package" but I've previously won his "big stick" prize hehe

Huge changes to the drink systems the past couple of days.

Be careful drinking. Tons of new drinks, new drunkness. New disco Bandit skill

New skill isn't that great... you can make 4 drunk drinks that are not proportionally as good as the 6 drunk TPS drinks. Best course is still to get a TPS. I tried most of the new drinks out, they're all basically the same.

Yeah, everyone in the system lost big time in the way of adventures. TPS used to give 16-20 drinks a day, now give 28, but you can only drink 3, as oppose to 4. Plus, lower stat bonuses, and you can't fit in an extra drink, unless you drink a beer.

Anyone else see that this is the third biggest thread? That is awesome!

Cashing out clan karma before leaving the clan. Keep in mind that my karma is all a result of meat I donated, and that I also left 5 figures of karma on the table when I did leave.

Also note that Eepeep left at the same time I did and for the same reasons. He didn't take a thing and had more karma than the rest of the clan combined. He also would never have been a member if I hadn't brought him into both the game and DOTS. He IS a lurker here, an old friend of mine from offboard, but not one who reads the Everything Else forum.

When you consider those things, DOTS made tens of millions of meat from Eepeep and myself. Don't cry too hard about the 30k worth of karma I cashed in on the way out the door.

Ah, yes, the only TPS drink that was changed to require both a new fruit (cherries didn't exist before, so there aren't stockpiles of them floating around like the other fruits) and a different liquor (bottle of whiskey, as opposed to vodka). So if I had stashed a bunch of cranberries and bottles of vodka (or worse, combined for cranberry and vodkas), I'd be SOL in KOL.

Oh, and since we're cashing out on what was freely given, I'd like the 200 turns of Empathy I sent you since you were a member of the clan back.

Empathy's easy to come by.

But the cherries are going to take a little time to get under control pricewise. Yeah, there's 1000+ in the mall right now, but the prices are still floating a good bit above where cranberries were. Fortunately, someone has stockpiled a couple hundred and set a 1/day limit at 5000 meat. Cranmopolitan prices haven't caught up to their unavailability yet (and I didn't have one pre-made, in case I got the drink stolen during PvP). I have taken advantage of the change/price confusion to stock up on Giant Olives, which can now be used to make Vespers, and are floating around the mall at about 120 meat.

Wah! I just started playing a couple of days ago (I registered a couple of months ago though, but didn't get hooked). I'm a Level4 Gecko Supervisor with a 4 pound Leprechaun called Bleedin Amadan.
Unfortunately, I just started going through goofball withdrawal, wish I read this whole thread first

Is there something I can eat or drink that will help me get through my withdrawal?
