Could anyone help me draw an outline of a snake on a ring of copper?
Sounds strange, but I want to draw an outline of a snake with it's tail in it's mouth.
I will then cut out the snake ring and mount it around a trackball.
I found an example of what I'm looking for, but I can't figure out how to reformat it to fit inside a 1/2 inch copper ring. The main problem is that the image cannot extend beyond the edge of the ring. (I can cut shapes out, but not add more metal to the ring.)
The brass ring is 4" on the outside diameter, 3" inside diameter, 1/16" thick.
Can anyone help me? (Or understand this?)
If I understand you correctly, you want to take that image of the snake you provided us with, and make the snake part fit the golden circle, with no design inside of it.
Also, you do not want the texture or anything, just the outlined shape of the snake, nothing more.
Have I defined your request correctly?
I may be able to do that, if that's what you need. If that's NOT what you need, revision on your needs is needed, and perhaps I can still help you, or someone else may be able to.
