It looks like something like Arial Rounded Bold, but that could just be the blurriness of the JPEG making the characters appear rounded.
For future reference for identifying fonts, you could check out these:
http://www.whatthefont.com - identifies fonts automatically from a scan, but only useful if you've got a halfway decent source for it to work from
http://www.identifont.com - identifies fonts by asking you multiple choice questions about it (you can restrict it to just ask about the characters you have a sample of) - it's more likely to give you a halfway decent answer than whatthefont when you're working from a blurry lo-res scan, since a human is a better judge of when to say 'that character is too illegible to answer that question' and skip over it. It's a more laborious process though...
