I purchased the same e-book today (just couldn't wait to get started) and behold, no CD!  Bummer.  I thought you'd at least get the same info for paying more!  Maybe I ask Santa for one.

It's included when you buy the book at a book store... I have no idea what the ebook edition is, but it doesn't seem to come with it. Did you try contacting the publisher?
