Ok,
Here's a question from a noobie/first poster.... Wanting to build my first MAME cabinet, I first called a local arcade distributor to see if they had any cabinets they wanted to get rid of.

The monitor is probally fine, that looks like a board problem.

Although I too am a newbie at this, I'll predict the experts will chime in and suggest a cap kit for starters
