I've asked the same question but there doesn't seem to be any good vector work out there for Metal Slug. There is a group pic on Arcade Art Library but it's pretty weak...

Were there ever any dedicated Metal Slug machines?

I thought it was only ever  in a generic NeoGeo MVS cab with just a crappy little mini marquee/instruction card thing showing you what game was inside...

There are some scans of those on http://www.crazykong.com/scans/ but nothing really useful.

I have quite a few Metal SLug art files in PDF form. They are mostly flyers and box art, but since they are PDF.... they should be very scalable. I'll see if I can upload some of these to host for you.

If you have any specific characters or metal slug versions in mind, I can probably upload those some place first.

There were never "dedicated" Metal Slug machines, but you can find generic Neo 1 slots with a full Metal Slug marquee for each of the games in the series.

There wasn't any really dedicated Neo Geo machine short of the freaky Samurai Shodown 2 one that I know of.
