best way to calibrate picture for component video?
« on: November 27, 2004, 04:31:59 pm »
hi i have a toshiba 27a43 tv with component video and using the ati component dongle

ive read up on how to adjust the settings with powerstrip to get the correct resolution, however,
i was wondering what methods you guys use to make sure you get the best color/brightness calibration possible.  is it just trial and error/ settling with what you think is good enough?  personally, adjusting the settings such as color, contrast, sharpness etc, no matter what, the picture will always seem off to me.

thanks for all your help =)
