ZInc in Mamewah

Can someone please walk me through this. I have had no luck. I have the list showing... in mamewah.. its like sfex, soulbl etc....
when I run game nothing.

I checked in command line and if i type zinc 1 it works. I also tried it in ZincFE and it works fine.
I am using howards command line 7. I just do not understand. why wont it run? Here are my settings.. maybe you can help me?

I have Zinc.ini, and a Zinc-0.ini.
