You needed to completely uninstall the previous drivers anytime you change cards regardless of the type. ArcadevGA or not. you can usually get away without doing it but the arcade VGA is very sensitive to this and will not..
shut down and put the old cardback in:
go to my start, settings,control panel,system,hardware,device manager..
go to display adapter and right click on the card and disable it.
do not restart when prompted.
go to start, settings,control panel, add remove programs and remove any installed ATI software & drivers
reboot
go here and get the removal ATI driver removal tool
http://www.ati.com/support/drivers/misc/catalystutils.htmlrun it and do not reboot when prompted..
go to start and shutdown.
remove the old card.
install the arcadeVGA
start
install the drivers from the ultimark disk..
..theres a chance you hosed your registry just like i did, ,if the above steps dont work you will likely need to reinstall windows
