Qix cocktail mode?
« on: November 20, 2004, 12:49:29 pm »
Does Qix have a cocktail table setting?  I've hit F2 and been through the settings but can't seem to find it.  I'm thinking of buying a cocktail cabinet for all of my 4-way vertical games and want all of them to have the ability to flip the screen for player number 2.  Thanks.

You can play it with two sets of controls but the screen won't flip.  Not perfect but still playable.  I guess the mame driver doesn't include screen flip.  Hit F1 to enter service mode.  F2 to move down the list to table mode.  Set table mode to 1 using F5.   Hit F1 4 more times to exit service mode.  Remember to remap player two controls since they will be upside down.
