I need artistic help
« on: November 18, 2004, 08:23:56 am »
Because my artwork abilities are about on a par with my soldering talent (I LOVE screw terminals!)

So whilst I realise this is cheeky in the extreme, and I'll fully understand if there are no takers, I'd like to ask if there is any kind soul out there who could design me some artwork for my Marquee. I've decided on name for the cab and a theme for the artwork. The theme is back to the future and the name is "Back To The 80's".

I have some bits and pieces around from stripping out the old cab that I'd happily exchange for any effort.

Thanks for looking.

Thanks Haruman. That first one will definitely give me something to work with.

Yeah, I like the first one.  Unless you're a car buff, you wouldn't even know what a DMC was.

Well, he said it was a back to the future theme, DMC was a pretty big part of that trilogy.  :P

I can see where people would be like what the hell is DMC, though...

Uhh.. Everybody knows a DeLorean was used in the trilogy, but that doesn't mean that everybody knows what the DMC acronym stands for.   :P ;)

Sorry for the delay in posting the measurements. Have had a dreadful cold and not felt like doing much when I get in from work.

Anyway the dimensions of the marquee are Length 52 cm Height 11 cm
