Problem with Windows AdvanceMame
« on: November 17, 2004, 05:37:22 pm »
If I run AdvanceMame on DOS, everything is fine. All games run at "auto 100% / 100%". But, running through Windows, this framerate is not fixed,  it runs like auto 100% / 96-100% (changing fast).

I dont fell any slowdown on gameplay, but the sound suffers somekind of slowdown when the framerate fall to 96%, which is very annoying.

I'm using the same settings that I use to play on DOS. Is there any way to solve this ?

Thanks

Change it from auto frameskip to 0 frameskip.  You'll get better framerates that way.
