I am new to this arcade hobby and would like to know how people get these cool art designs and what they are made of.

Is there someone local in Illinois who can do some artwork for $$$.

I can do the work in photoshop then you have online print shops print it for you(mamemarquees.com does great job).PM or email me for any further inquires 8)
