Electrohome G07

I'm pretty sure I know the answer, but I just want to verify that this is the Electrohome G07.  I have two of them and they are doing the exact same thing (nothing).  I just wanted to make sure this is what I had before starting Randy Fromm's flowchart.  Thanks.
