PC Games in MAMEWAH

Hi all,
Done various searches on this forum and others to find an idiots guide to setting up regular PC Games to run from Mamewah.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

From the above posted FAQ:

"Q: How do I launch PC games from MAMEWAH?

A: Create Windows shortcuts to each PC game you wish to launch, and place these shortcuts in a folder (eg c:\pcgames),
Edit \mamewah\ini\pcgames.ini (this comes with v1.51 and above I think), and point to your shortcut folder, eg rom_folder c:\pcgames (& artwork_x_image_path),
Run MAMEWAH and refresh the list!


Q: When I try to launch DOS program shortcuts with the PC App. support they don't work, why not?

A: DOS Program shortcuts have the .PIF extension - MAMEWAH can only use .LNK (Windows) shortcuts for it's PC App. support. To get around this, create a batch file to launch the .PIF file, and then create a shortcut to the batch file."



This is very easy to do.  EVen I had no trouble following the instructions.  Now, getting Daphne set up the first time, that was another matter...
