While yes, the quickest way it to add the flip on the command line, the proper thing to do is simply reverse the yoke wires as needed. Depending on how it's flipped either flip the RED and BLUE arround or the GREEN and YELLOW.
Then you dont need to run any special drivers in windows or change your config file, and all computers connected to this monitor forever more will display correctly.
Note however: If this monitor is too new, and has a digitally controlled yoke (e.g. full on screen menus, and what looks to be a bunch of electronics attached around the yoke) then you may not be able to simply swap yoke wires as it's way too advanced to be that simple. (probably require desoldering and swapping ON the yoke)
But if that is the case, there MAY be a service menu option to simply change the orientation. Without pics it's hard to tell but those are my thoughts on the subject.
