Help finding info on a monitor

I have a Segai model SE-M21CXX and cannot find any information on the internet. Has anyone here ever heard of this company? I need to work on the vertical deflection, and it has no video ground labeled (rest of the inputs are though).

Thanks! I just handed it over ot my monitor guy tonight and then I saw this post. I forwarded it to him.....maybe he can get me fixed up.
