Yeah, that's a nice monitor. Bear in mind that if you're using the ArcadeVGA card in Windows, you wont be able to take advantage of the EGA (25khz) mode. You'll need to use AdvanceMAME in DOS or Linux to output 25Khz signals.
If you just want to use authentic Arcade resolutions using a simple ArcadeVGA / Windows setup, you'd be best getting a simple CGA-only (15Khz) monitor. If you're in the US then Happs is a good place to get one of those, unless you know somewhere locally. Wells gardner and Vision Pro both do perfectly decent and relatively cheap 15Khz monitors that you can buy through Happs. I think WG will also sell directly.
