HOW to manage ROMS ?

very simple question ....
i have many roms some of them are not complete,some of are clones.I think that some roms are taking dobble space in hard disk
because they are in parent and in clone also...
I have CMpro but don't no which method of cmpro will reduce the
roms size in harddisk.
