Feedback on Mame Cabinet Image Packs
« on: October 21, 2004, 03:21:33 pm »
im planning on making a mame Cabinet image pack that covers years 1975-1983.

Before I spend a lot of time I would appreciate any feedback on the color, contrast, size and quality of some beta images.

Also, if someone has already done this please let me know. The cabinet packs available at the mame32 website arent good enough quality for my taste.

i noticed that the pictures look darker here, maybe because of the webpage white background. My frontend has all dark background colors and they look brighter there.

please let me know how they look on your monitors.

thanks.

They all appear too dark/too high contrast

I suggest you use a GAMMA correction tool and calibrate your monitor before going ahead...

Did anything ever happen with this?

I am planning to revive ImagXtreme and would like to know if these are available, if the source files are available, and also what gamma tool was used, as I think my monitor calibration is way off as well.

Thanks!!!
