You can't discourage any one.
I have seen an emulator but i don't know which was that.

U must have seen the original Playstation emulator
VGS,which is capable of running 3D games on a low requirement
then why don't we get such type of Arcade emulator.

Can you refer any of one for this hardware.?

He's just trying to save you time.

There is no emulator out there that will run those games worth a fig on an awesome PC, let alone a P2 266 with a weak (or no) video card.

Just for fun try running them in ZINc. =)

My best suggestion for Tekken 1-3 is to use ePSXe and run the Playstation versions.  Tekken 3 looks awesome on my cab, but I'm running a Athlon 1.6 with Radeon 9600XT powered graphics.

But again, with that PC, it ain't gonna happen.

LOL.

Thanks for playing. =)

Well a little of both.  I wanted to save him time, but then again, I just thought it was a dumb question.

He has a pc that can't even run many of the 2d emulated games at full speed, so common sense should dictate that 3d is out of the question.  I mean with a 266 you can't even run most 3d PC games and again, common sense would dictate that emulated games, which require more horsepower by default, would be totally and completely out of the question.

Do i increase vga with a powerfull 3D card will be ok...
I told you before that i have seen here in my country many game
stations working just on the same hardware...
but at that time they were running only 2D games...
now they only change the software and have TAKKEN SERIES in thier Cab.So it was a dump question, but still not comfortable
with it....

A better 3D card will certainly help, but emulation is generally very processor intensive.

If you have arcades running TEKKEN on a slow machine, they probably are using a program like Bleem! or Virtual Game Station on a mid level PC and running PSX software.
You're not gonna get good TEKKEN arcade emulation on an older PC, as painful as that may be.

And BTW.... it's T E K K E N.

The King of Iron Fist Tournament. Enter the Tekken.
