I am having sound clipping in daphne it wasnt happening before since then I changed sound driver, directx, video driver, and ati multimedia tools. So I have no idea if any of these changes caused the sound to be clipping video is perfect though. Any ideas???

I don't know anything about Daphne... but can you post your system specs... and what OS you are using... and how you are invoking daphne... (are you accessing a real LD, DVDROM, or the MPEG's ?)

That info would better facilitate trougbleshoooting.
