50/60HZ 50Inch Monitor Issue

Hi,

I have a Konami machine with no game board in. But the 50Inch Tv is working fine. Apon closer inspection of the machine, it talks about a 50/60Hz Input. DOES this mean that i can plug my NVida TNT2 32Mb Graphics card directly to my PC motherboard, and with the wire from the RGB Input of the monitor ( Soldered to the grapics board ) ??? will it work, or will it end up frying my board.
PS: It has an Isolation Transformer on it already. Please reply ASAP , as i am intreged to know if it works!!
