Anybody successfully hook up an arcade steering wheel and pedal to project64?

Has anybody successfully hooked up an arcade steering wheel and pedal to work with project64?  I am using oscar's mousehack on my pole position steering wheel and a dual strike hack on the gas pedal.  Not sure how to get this to work with Project64 driving games?  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
