Well it took 14 months (mostly due to lack of fund$), but it's finally (mostly) done.
Still to do: wire up new speakers and amp, add n64 controller ports, light the trackball, and clean up some of the wiring.
OverviewDone in 3/4" MDF, 2 coats primer, 2 coats latex 'one coat' type paint.

MonitorScreen is a 27" Zenith, using s-vid from a BBATI Radeon 8500 64mb.

Speaker HolesDrilling pattern came from a PC's fan grill.
ControlsTrackball is a Crayola Kidsball (ebay) with a 3" translucent blue ball, spinner is an oscar controls Vortex with a 2-tone slikstick knob. Joysticks are T-Stik pluses, buttons are Happ horizontal. The five buttons along the top are (from left to right) power, player 1, player 2, pause, and escape (all with nanuu's button labels).
CPO printed on indoor vinyl at kinkos.
