Any Sideart/CP blank templates?

Just like the subject says.. anyone know of any sized artwork templates floating around for the UAII cabinets? With both the sides and CP being oddly shaped on these cabinets, I would hate to screw up my dimensions and ruin my sideart.  

Just wondering if anyone has a blank temnplate that they use when designing their sideart or control panels.
