strange noise/ unstable image
« on: September 24, 2004, 07:04:07 pm »
I have a nanao 29" monitor in a taito egret cab.. i went to test it out today and I hear a very fast ticking sound coming from my switchable power supply next to the degauss etc controls inside the cabinet that coincides with a flicker & jumping movement on the monitor. i am unable to get a stable image..
is this a bad gorund, arcing?
anyone heard of these symptoms?

thanks all
