Fuzzy screen w/ arcadeVGA, JPac & WG K7000.. help!
« on: September 23, 2004, 08:13:41 pm »
I've just completed my MAME cab & am having problems with my display clarity.

I have the following:

25" Wells Gardner K7000 arcade monitor
ArcadeVGA card (brand new)
JPac (brand new)
MAME
MameWah
Running on Windows XP Pro

I built a new dedicated computer (barebones from Tiger Direct) and it is performing perfectly. I installed the ArcadeVGA video card last night, set the proper drivers from the Ultimarc CD and have not been able to get a clear picture on my monitor. Windows desktop and MameWah screens are too fuzzy to be able to read the text.

Anyone have any suggestions to try? I'm at a loss & really want this to work properly.

Thank you!

Scott

Problem solved!  I consulted my service manual for my monitor and found the focus adjustment pot.

All clear! :)
