ActLabs Gun Games?

Hello
I was on a link to the Actlab light gun site and noticed a few games that are available.. Crime fighters or something, mad dogg mcgee, house of the dead 1/2.. I wondered what games you guys have and play with your pc light guns???

Ironic as maddog and maddog 2 are probably the best two gun games ever created.  They are old school.  Pc gamer magazine is a hype-fueled, corporate *censored descriptive I can't say here*, who's reviews have absolutely NO reflection of how the people actually feel about a game.  

Maddog is a laser disc game... laser disc games are quirky and old-school.  If you don't like that then steer away, but as a whole I don't know how anyone could not have fun playing said games.  

I currently have both hotd games and both virtua cop games on my computer.  I'll probably add the laser disc collection to the list.

Haven't played much Mad Dog 2 but I agree that (the original) Mad Dog McCree is awesome.  Tried the CDi version with gun, but it was a bit poo (although nice graphics).  I expect other conversions (PC / Sega CD) are probably worse...

HC: Can you get Virtua Cop/2 to run under XP??  I have both these but can't get them to run (nor PC Virtua Fighter/2)...

I had Mad dog and house of the dead 2 but I cant find the discs!1 Any idea where I can download a backup??? What about other gun games?

Don't ask about downloading 'backups', it's like a rom request - you should have looked after your discs better ;)

You should be able to source a cheap secondhand copy from ebay.

Yeah..... now i had to download the "trouble shooter" to get the gun to work with it but they run fine.  Keep in mind that like 6 versions of the game were released though over the course of 3 years.  I believe mine is the latest.

Probably explains it, I think I probably had a very early version.  Incidentally I didn't get as far as trying the gun, the games just wouldn't run at all :(
