« on: September 17, 2004, 06:07:13 pm »
I am going to setup windows command line mame and mamewah on my computer, but i have never setup commandline mame, i have only setup windows MAME32, so this is new to me, all i know is all you had to do in mame 32 was put the roms in roms folder, artowrk in artwork folder, ect, then click on the arcade machine icon and you were set. I have to experience with commandline mame tho, can anyone help me set this up?

I think the offical MAME faqs and documentation would answer your questions.  http://www.mame.net/mamefaq.html.  The directory structure is the same as mame32.  The options are set in a ini file. To create the ini file, run "mame.exe -cc".
