Guilty Gear XX Reload problems!

This game runs very slow and I even experience problems with the music interrupting and changing. This only happens in the computer where I have the ArcadeVGA, but I don't know if this the cards fault, a problem of config, etc. Have you tried it? I'm using a P4 3ghz with 512mbs and win98. I have tried the game in a P3 920mhz with a geforce card and win98 and it works fine. It also works fine in a p4 2.4 with ati 7500 and win2000.
