Here's my marquee so far. There is a field of stars in there, but at this resolution they don't show up.

BTW an explanation on the bottom thing: my last name is Williams and this will eventually go in the family entertainment room.

How do you make a marquee?

I want to have a personal/custom marquee, but I'm confused on how they are made.
