Well I don't know what ATHF means.  But here's my top three:

3. Family Guy (back on next year)
2. Arrested Development
1. The Simpsons

Don't really watch much TV anymore and other shows I like are off the air, which disqualifies them.

Let's see:

5. Who's Line is it Anyways?
4. The Simpsons
3. Law and Order
2. CSI
1. Rescue Me

(ATHF stands for Aqua Teen Hunger Force, I would wager)
Still in the collecting parts and ideas phase of cabinet building.

Just a few of the shows that my TIVO has a season pass for:

The West Wing
Pretty much anything on The History Channel
Most of the Adult Swim stuff (Sealab, Aqua Teen, Home Movies, etc.)
Best Week Ever
The Daily Show with Jon Stewart
Pardon the Interruption
The Simpsons
Good Eats (Alton Brown's show on the Food Network)
Chocolate with Jacques Torres (The things this guy can do with candy are amazing.)
American Chopper
American Shooter (Gun show on OLN)
any Volleyball
any motorcycle shows or racing
Gilmore Girls
If you can't be a good example at least try to be a horrible reminder.

My TiVo has got it so good compared to others I wager.  Only records 3 shows a day on average.  But really the only 2 shows that I actively love are:

1. Home Movies (almost filled up my HD with this :'( )
2. Arrested Development

And if I have spare time I'll watch the latest one of these on the TiVo:
Scrubs
The Daily Show
Simpsons
Futurama
Family Guy
Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn.

Best Week Ever

Sorry man, I'll admit that i watch that show but I think VH1 has gone overboard with the "out of work, hardly known actor/comedian" commentary shows.

1.The screensavers
2.xplay
3.Futurama
4.simpsons
5.family guy

I don't get to see these shows that often because of my work schedule.

Why not hack your TIVO and add another HD or replace it with a larger one?

I'd like to build one, but until SFF system prices come down, it's just a dream.

The Simpsons
Seinfeld
CSI - both, soon to be all three
The Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn
Sportscenter - The Dan Patrick/Kenny Mayne/Stuart Scott versions

*snickers at THE GILMORE GIRLS!!!*  Hey Sally, does that dress come in a man's size?!?

Well here are the first five that popped into my head.

Farscape....I love this show, hurray for the Save Farscape campaign that was able to save the show and get it back on air for a mini-series.

X-Files
Alias
Stargate SG1 and Alantis
Startrek

The shows on HGTV are pretty cool too, Designers/Gardner's challenge.  Generally the ones where they show you how to build stuff :)

Don't really get to watch a lot of TV

1. M*A*S*H
2. Seinfeld
3. Whatever is on comedy central
4. Home improvement shows

On the schedule I work, I have different days off every week, so I can't "plan" to watch much of anything.

I thought you could only hack the series 1 TIVOs...

I would, but I think I am too lazy to do that.  Plus I have a series 2.

Luckily season 1 of home Movies is coming out on dvd in 2 months, and season 2 a few months after that.  So that will clear up at least some space.

I watch almost no TV, but my ReplayTV is set to record:

Daria
West Wing
Tennis (I was hoping for Agassi and Venus or Sharapova  :'( )
Stripperella

When I had HBO I loved:

Six Feet Under
Deadwood
Sex & the City
Real Time

Also, I lost HBO just a couple weeks before Da Ali G show was picked up from England.  That show is hilarious.

I also secretly love:

V.I.P.
Xena

With the new TV, I watch ANYTHING on HDTV channels. :) But I also record on the DVR:

Quantum Leap
Still Standing (Jami Gertz is STILL fine and the show is pretty funny. Plus it's in HD :) )
Grounded For Life
Monk
Reba (For the wife)
George Lopez
Overhaulin' (Awesome cars)
Nip/Tuck (For the wife but there are some good scenes in it ;) )

That is all I can think of right now.

Don't watch tv a whole lot (work during the nightly shows) although I do watch a lot of History Channel.  Favorite shows include:

1) Scrubs (favorite now that Friends and Fraiser have left the air)
2) Decisive Battles (really cool new History Channel show using video game technololgy to reconstruct ancient battles)
3) Mail Call (R. Lee cracks me up)
4) I Love the 80s/90s (I admit it, I'm a pop culture junkie)
5) Chappelle Show (though I don't get a chance to see new episodes often)
