Does anyone know how to send game specific dip switch settings to Daphne in Mamewah?

Not sure how it works, but assuming just commandline switches, you could do it by adding to the daphne.bat file (assuming you are doing it as per the faq: http://www.mameworld.info/ubbthreads/showthreaded.php?Cat=&Number=740&page=0&view=collapsed&sb=5&o=&fpart=1 )

Not sure exactl how to do it, but it would be something like (not real batch code):

if %1 = lair then [launchwiththisswitch] etc.

Your right, I didn't think about using the if statements.  If anyone else is interested in this thread, if you run DaphneLoader, you can select the option to show the command line before running a specific game.  A quick copy and paste will make things very easy.

Thanks again Mamewah!  Now, go have a pint on me!  If you have Paypal, I'd love to buy it for you.  Let me know what the current pint is at the local pub.  I'm sure we could find a few other sto chip in and get you right pissed!  (I'm not mocking, just trying to brush up on my British vernacular).

I'm serious about the pint. :)

If you figure out how to do it exactly, I'll add some example lines to the instructions in the FAQ :)

I just added a PayPal button to the front of my site actually, since a couple of people have asked recently...As for beer, I'm quite a fan of Carling Premier on tap, since most of my local (good name) lager tastes like crap (bad town pubs I think).  My real favorite atm and a right headache-inducer is what we call diesel - snakebite & black (half lager, half cider (both as strong as poss) and a touch of blackcurrent).  This stuff goes down a treat!  ;D  Cheers!
