how to sort roms in Mamewah?

Hi
Just wondering how can i sort mame roms in mamewah to show say VERSION .85 games only?

i am not sure. sorry if someone else has already asked this

As far as I can tell, and I could be wrong since I'm not an expert, Mamewah and Mamewah Setup do not filter by version.

To do this, you can use Clrmame (http://www.clrmame.com) with a version .85 DAT to create a .85 ROM list.  There is a good tutorial for Clrmame at http://www.mameworld.net/easyemu.

Basically you can use the 'cat' but not the 'ver' stuff from catver.ini.  Eventually it will support both...
