Game Sender ?!?!
« on: August 31, 2004, 11:13:12 pm »
Has anyone seen this, or used it??http://www.x10.com/home/offer.cgi?!GAME,../googleadw5a.htm?%3Exboxwrlscontroller:0.50
It's called Game sender and supposedly it sends the xbox signals from the xbox to your tv, and can be across the room without wires.  If this really works as good as it says it does, you could have your xbox in your CAB and also play the xbox on your regular tv if you had games where you wanted to play on the couch.  Also if you had a modded xbox, you could hook it into your reciver and listen to mp3s from across the room, or watch dvds.  You could have the best of both worlds, xbox in your CAB, and still able to play it like it were hooked up to a regular tv.

first time i've seen it, but i know x10 is pretty reputable, and i have one preoduct from them (computer uhf remote) and i love it.

this would be comatible with anything, dvd players, all game consoles, anything. maybe they aare marketing it to gamers because the quality of the transmission is not as good as it could be. dvd watchers would complain, buy gamers probably wouldnt. who knows.
