Wizard of Wor video problem

I am a newbe, so please bear with me.  I am running Mame through Mamewah and every game displays and plays fine except WOW.  When I load it up the screen goes blank with some odd lines in the middle.  Then the game starts up but the top of the game is in the middle of the screen and the bottom is at the top area of the screen (loop around).  
I have reloaded WOW but it still doesn't display the game correctly.  I am running the system on a 2x AGP nivida card with s-video out.  I thought maybe it was the video card, but all the other games I have tested so far run fine, it's just WOW.  Any ideas what my problem may be (software, hardware, etc).

Guessing a little but perhaps MAME is picking a resolution which cannot be displayed properly with your TV-out.

Try forcing a resolution for that game, using wow.ini, with something like:

resolution 640x480

in it...
