I need a CPO just like this one..... need help!

This is Motorfishes CPO  , what i really like about it is all the icons and the way they come off all the controls.   I only know my way around autocad.  Ive got photoshop but i dont know how to use it.  

Can anyone give me an idea on how i can get at some of that artwork or is anyone willing to do this for me if i pay?  My CP is 47"x22".  Ive got it all layed out in Autocad but im stuck right now on what to do.
