Sound Problems in Mame32
« on: August 06, 2004, 05:55:40 pm »
I'm pretty new to this board, I've read but haven't posted much.
anyways I was wondering if anyone has had sound problems in mame32. when playing some games in mame32 i get an echo effect sort of, it really sounds awful when there is music or anything like that.
When I use the commandline version of mame the sound is fine though.
I'm running xp on a fairly new laptop. if this matters.

I don't mind using the command line version with a fe but was just wondering if I could solve this problem. I don't like leaving problems unsolved is all

thanks for any help
