VGA/Mitsubishi Monitor
« on: August 05, 2004, 10:57:34 am »
....hello all.

I have an  odd little problem that I can't seem to figure out.

When I play certain games (ex. Street Fighter) I get an odd "Z" shaped distortion in the upper left of my screen when something is scolling.

This is a CRT monitor by the way/19" Diamondvision".

Most of my games work fine...but this is bugging me as it appears in quite a few games.

I'm running it through a VGA Switcher box.....and I have Mame set to Sync w/ monitor.

Any suggestions?

PS- I don't think it's a problem w/my monitor or VGA Switcher as this doesn't happen w/my Xbox and Dreamcast games running through VGA boxes.

Seriously. Will it fit in my basement or what?

Turn on triple buffering.

That usually fixes the problem.
